More often than not the prize hidden in the box turned out to be worthless compared to the cash at stake. Sometimes though, the box exceeded the value of the cash by far! The trick was that the contestant was forced to choose…

Step one is offered free of charge. 

Step one will give you the opportunity to weigh us against your needs, at no cost. Of course we will also have the opportunity to weigh your needs against our ability to deliver.

Step one will be an intensive consultation between yourself and a member of our management team. At this meeting you will have the opportunity to talk; we will listen and make notes.  

We prefer this meeting to be at your place of business, but this can be done at a neutral venue should you prefer. We service the whole of South Africa.

Step one requires you to complete the Expression of interest form. Fax or e-mail the completed form to us. We guarantee a 24 hour response to your enquiry - Monday to Friday.

Step two

Based on the evaluation report after our consultation, we will submit a proposal and quotation for services to you. The price is determined by the scope of our undertaking together.

We negotiate payment terms and payment methods with each client individually.  Generally we prefer a debit order based agreement, allowing you to pay on a monthly basis. This of course adds to affordability on your side.

Step Three

We spend at least half a day at your business, evaluating workflow and systems. Areas of weakness are identified and discussed with you at a separate meeting.

Step Four

We prioritize areas to be addressed and a work schedule is submitted for your approval.

Step Five

Once all the weakness areas have been addressed, we assist through coaching and mentoring for a further six months.
